Located within the grounds of the Port of Pointe-Noire, the Congo Terminal Technical Workshop provides maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and accessories for handling, lifting and carrying 24 M / 24. Maintenance workshop set into service on 1 July 2012 was built in compliant safety norms and standards, with control APAVE. The maintenance shop is one of the main facilities that Congo Terminal had set up to enable preventive and corrective maintenance, according to the manufacturer data and procedures, materials.

The site is built on an area of nearly 10,000 square meters and has the following compartments:

  • Technical Workshop
  • Administrative building (offices, secretariat, open space, meeting room and training, Refectory)
  • Cloakroom
  • Spare Parts Store
  • Fuel and lubricants Service Stations
  • Local TGBT (electric)
  • Work Areas
  • Washing area
  • Parking

- Sections

To perform a proper equipment maintenance, according to their characteristics, the maintenance shop is divided into sections. We find the following sections:

  • Section Maintenance: for maintenance of equipment, machinery and equipment
  • Section lift: Maintenance PPM TEREX forklift, SVETRUCK (16T, 32T, 33T), HYSTER (H2.5T, 4T, 7T, H1200XM)
  • Section Welding - Sheet Metal
  • Section Pneumatics
  • Section and Trailers Terberg: maintenance of TERBERG, vehicles and trailers
  • Section Electricity
  • Section Fuel - Lubricants

- Trades

The CONGO TERMINAL maintenance workshop also involved in the job creation policy initiated in the investment program of the Bolloré Africa Logistics group. The workshop enabled the deployment of several key trades for the proper functioning of handling equipment and other technical equipment. All enforcement personnel is supervised by a team of qualified engineers. 87 staff work at the Technical workshop, grouped within the administrative and executive services. We find precisely:
