CONGO TERMINAL is a subsidiary of Bolloré Africa Logistics group created in 2009 after the signing of a public-private partnership with the Congolese government for the concession of the terminal at the Autonomous Port of Pointe-Noire container for a period of 27 years.

Bolloré Africa Logistics has launched many upgrades and extension TERMINAL CONGO, to support the development of the container terminal. This initiative has enabled the creation of over 650 jobs.

At the beginning of the concession, CONGO TERMINAL has implemented an investment program to maximize the capabilities of the terminal. The first phase of infrastructure works are being completed to build 270 m of quay reclaimed from the sea and provide draft of -15m. The program also included the modernization of structures deploying new information systems. Various store containers are fully renovated and extended in order to receive larger volumes and growth of the country and the subregion.

The main aim of CONGO TERMINAL is to become a true transhipment hub of Central Africa and the front door of the Congo Basin.


10 mars 2017 - Des portiqueuses chez Congo Terminal

Suite à un appel à candidatures lancé en novembre 2015, 70 opérateurs de portiques de parc (RTG) ont été recrutés au premier semestre 2016. Parmi eux, neuf femmes qui sont devenues les toutes premières opératrices RTG au Congo.

28 octobre 2016 - Réception de 2 nouveaux portiques de dernière génération
La réception de deux nouveaux portiques a eu lieu le 27 octobre au Port autonome de Pointe-Noire en présence des responsables du Port autonome de Pointe-Noire, de Laurent Palayer, directeur général Congo Terminal, et Pierre Bellerose, directeur pays Bolloré Transport & Logistics Congo.
