Quality is a platform that deals mainly with the continuous improvement of various processes (services) of the company in order to satisfy Internal and external customers of the company. This service thus has a responsibility to optimize the agents working conditions and the performance of each of them, putting up complied procedures with the vision of Bolloré Africa Logistics group.
